General Terms

The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any customer. All goods displayed are subjected to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods within 28 days of acceptance. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will offer you a revised delivery date, substitute goods, or the option to cancel your order. Should you choose to cancel, a full refund for any pe-paid goods will be issued.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us on 0333 234 3103 or write to us at the address below. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
